I know because I lived it. Despite early career success and “high performer” labels, I found myself trapped in spaces that felt like cages—places that valued boxes over boldness and conformity over curiosity and creativity.
The breakthrough came when I realized: I wasn’t meant to occupy these spaces. I was meant to create new ones.
After years of suppressing the calling, I took the leap. I founded Just Coaching and Consulting to help people reimagine their possibilities, unlock new levels of leadership, and create healthier models for work and life.
